Three questions the desk hears most
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a full room blackout, and a week is usually enough for a single wall or a window set. During busy seasons we recommend confirming dates as soon as the schedule is locked, because rail stock and weighted stands move quickly between productions.
Yes. We arrange transport for drape, stands, dolly track and cyclorama materials, and the crew at the receiving end signs the same manifest that was prepared at the yard. Local collections from Rm C 5/F Goldfield Indl Bldg Blk 1 are also welcome by arrangement.
Mark it on the return sheet and tell the desk. Damaged stock is set aside for repair and the manifest records the condition at return, so the production is only charged for the actual damage. We can usually send a replacement the same working day if stock is available.
